Raised in a family business, Dana got her first taste of leadership early, earning her first W2 at age 8 and training others in the front office by age 9. Her upbringing, combined with a lifetime of moving across the U.S. and living in Central America (Honduras and the Dominican Republic), has given her a unique global perspective and the ability to connect with leaders of all types. Dana has a deep understanding of the complex dynamics within businesses—especially family-run and founder-led companies. She knows how to navigate generational differences and speak the language that brings everyone on board, ensuring buy-in at all levels.
