Ultimately leaders must:

  • Understand and appreciate what culture actually is--how they created it, what pieces are intentional, what unintentional culture exists, and what to do about it

  • Understand and manage all the “levers” or elements that go into creating their team and organization

  • Nurture their own EQ to maximize the talents and opportunities around them

  • The fundamental role of leaders -- at all levels -- is sustaining or changing culture as an organization evolves

  • Evaluate the balance and relationship between your organization’s culture and achievement of your strategy

  • Leverage culture as a primary competitive strategy in attraction, retention, and elevation of talent to grow

Vibrant Cultures is finally ready to magnify our 1:1 culture work by bringing a group dimension that provides highly engaged, curated, and intimate experiences for lightbulb moments with CEO peers who are passionate about life, their business, and the experience of their employees.

And remember--a good CEO never makes mistakes. This is not an experience designed for good CEOs….

Program Elements

  • Join a team of like-minded CEOs who are similar enough in core values to “get you” but different enough to challenge you in ways that will evolve you and your business.

    Meet monthly for 1/2 day virtually.

    Do not meet as a small CEO group on full day CEO quarterly workshop months or in July (no meetings).

    • Hosted by a Fellow CEO (1 hour)

    • 2nd Friday of the Month at 12pm

    • Grab your lunch and join!

    • Have a topic you think is important to discuss or want to have a more casual conversation around a broader approach--this is your chance to pull together your peers and pick their brains!

    • Join quarterly full day workshops tailored to your distinct needs and identified opportunities through the culture survey, interviews, and regular CEO conversations.

    • These workshops will also be open to top executives of your business that can add value and provide perspective that may be missing in our conversations

    • Raise the flag and let me roundup the best people to support you in providing perspective and recommendations

    • Depending on the topic, this would include your fellow CEO teammates and/or additional professional resources (tax implications, buy/sell, HR professional, etc.)

    • Monthly Pre-Schedule 1:1 Coaching (except July)

    • Analysis of 12 leadership skills and practices that have the greatest impact on bottom-line organizational performance

    • Benchmarks your skills against leaders from across the globe

    • Identifies areas of specific strengths and opportunities for improvement using a performance-based model

    • Establish a leadership effectiveness model to improve individual and organizational performance

    • Develop leadership skills necessary to adapt to a changing environment

    • Further understand the role of a CEO in creating a high-performance culture

  • Exclusive 2 day event at a great location with our significant others and your fellow CEOs.

The Investment:

    • Total $21,000/year 

    • Pay Annually ($21,000), Quarterly ($5250), or Monthly ($1750)

  • 1 Year Commitment

    • This is an ask as one human to another...if you’re in, be all in!

    • As this invite is only going out to a select few, we need full commitment for the success of CEO Mastermind Team.

    • The extra services are front loaded (survey, interviews, creation of content, retreat) so even if you are paying throughout the year, the investment is front-loaded with the ROI being backloaded as we work throughout the year.

  • Host 1-2 Monthly CEO Roundtable Topic (Virtual 1 hr)

  • Elicit 100% participation from your team in completing the 360 survey

  • Missed meetings for true emergencies only--since these are smaller curated groups, your attendance is even that more important! Every time you cannot attend, the ripple effect is significant.
